Packolabel Systems provides some of the best, high-tech and cost-effective total solutions for packaging of various products across different industries. Recently new lines have been installed by the company for shrink wrapping pallets of paper sheets to BILT Industries, one of the India\'s biggest paper manufacturers. These lines shrink wrap the pallets using shrinkable hoods to provide \'clear view packaging\' and represent the latest international development in the transit packaging of value added items.

The wrapped pack offers clear brand visibility and is ready for storage and display in any retail environment. This system offers 30 percent savings over conventional shrink/stretch wrapping systems. Though it is the first installation of its kind in India, these machines are used extensively by all leading international paper manufacturers.

Packolabel has also supplied a complete automatic carton packaging line to one of the largest printing industries - Manipal Printing Press. The system automatically applies and seals the carton with adhesive tape on centre and edges, check weight at the carton, prints the label showing the weight and applies the same on both sides of the carton. After that, the carton passes through the strapping machines and gets strapped twice in both directions. Packolabel, thus, caters to the requirements of four major end-user segments – printing & finishing, packaging, retail & supply chain and post-harvest equipments.

Also making news is the company`s new manufacturing plant at Noida, where it has installed FIDIA machines. This is a new JV with FIDIA manufacturers, which would undertake print finishing on contract for local printers. The objective is to give these printers a high–speed and top-of-the-line quality experience that is vastly superior to their own existing capabilities.
